The Florida Ballet is Northeast Florida’s Premiere Professional Ballet Company.

The Florida Ballet annually presents a season of four-six programs, including its annual holiday classic, The Nutcracker. Performances are held throughout the Jacksonville area including University of North Florida’s Lazzara Fine Arts Center, Thrasher- Horne Center, The Florida Theatre, and The Picinich-Byrd Theatre.

The Florida Ballet believes that ballet is for everyone. A wide range of classes and programs are available for ages three through adult and are designed to meet the interest of all students. Training opportunities are available for students who enjoy dancing recreationally as well as those who wish to pursue a professional career.
